Brazil is the largest coffee producing country in the world. There are fourteen coffee producing regions in Brazil, which explains the volume of coffee they produce. The vast amount of coffee producing regions in the country also explains why there is a huge diversity in the beans they produce. With that being said, Brazil has an in-depth rating system that all of their coffee beans must go through. Beans are not only rated via cupping (tasting the coffee), they are also rated for color and screen size (size of the bean). The highest classifications Brazil gives to green coffee beans are Fine Cup (FC) and Strictly Soft (SS).

We have chosen a Brazilian coffee that comes from family farms around the Mogiana region. The Mogiana region is the most renowned of three main growing regions in Brazil. Our offering is classified as Fine cup and Strictly Soft.  Brazil Mogiana is the most versatile single origin bean we offer. It can be enjoyed with any flavor of cream or is superb black.
