We have barrel aged 150 pounds of our Brazil for four months in Desert Diamond’s award winning Gold Miner Dark Rum. Gold Miner Dark Rum is their Signature White Rum aged with white American oak and French oak. This fantastic rum’s inherent simplicity and subtle flavors infuse perfectly into the coffee. We have developed a medium roast profile, tailored for this great coffee, to preserve the smooth, rich, woody flavor imparted by the rum. Gold Miner Dark Rum barrel aged coffee leaves a clean, lingering aftertaste that will keep you coming back for more.
